When it comes to running a multi-location restaurant, one of the most important aspects is making sure your customers can easily find your various locations. In today's digital age, having an interactive store locator on your website is essential. That's why we create an interactive store locator for multi-location restaurants.

This is not a default feature because it requires additional configuration. Let us walk you through the entire configuration process step-by-step. (It should take less than 5 minutes by following the instruction)

Step 1: Create a Mapbox account

Head over to to sign up for an account, because our system uses Mapbox's geolocation service to enhance the interactive locator map, and each restaurant will need to have its own Mapbox account in order to use this feature for free.

You will be asked to verify your email after creating the account. All you need to do is click on the "Verify my email" link in the email sent from Mapbox.

Step 2: Create a Token to be used

Go to the Tokens page and click on +Create a token

Step 3: Configure your token

  1. When creating the token, please use your restaurant name as the token name.

  2. Next, scroll down to the bottom to add your website URL (the website powered by Rushable).

  3. Click on Add URL.

  4. Finally, click on Create token.

Step 4: Use the token in Rushable Admin Dashboard

  1. Click on the clipboard icon next to the newly created token to copy it.

  2. Go to your Rushable Admin Dashboard (

  3. Navigate to Brand > Website, and scroll down until you see a field called "Store locator via Mapbox" (you will only see this field if you are a multi-location restaurant).

  4. Paste the token you copied earlier, and click on CONNECT.

After completing the last step, your locations page should show the new interactive store locator, head over and check it out!

No, you don't have to pay for Mapbox. They offer a free monthly usage of 50,000 for map loading. We conducted tests that showed a restaurant generating $70,000 in sales through Rushable only consumes 7,500 monthly usage on Mapbox. Therefore, you can rest assured that no charges will be incurred if your restaurant(s) are not generating more than $400,000 in monthly sales via Rushable.
